from the west to the east

After much thought and prayer we are moving to Washington D.C. with Microsoft. We plan to live in Virginia right outside of D.C.

I can't tell you how sad I am to leave all of the people we love, especially the comfort of our families, but with it only being a two year commitment we know this is the best choice for our family at this time.

There are wonderful doctors and programs for Alexander, it is 'ground zero' for hard of hearing and deaf people. He will be surrounded by a strong hearing loss community. It is an opportunity we couldn't refuse.

We plan to leave this summer, we'll give you more details as they come.
