meet our animal whisperer.
remember the lost bunny from last month?
after a few days we convinced him it was time the bunny found his mama.
since then the homeless animals from all directions have come to be loved by this boy.
over the past 2 weeks an injured butterfly was successfully saved,
a dying 5 foot snake (no kidding) found,
a habitat for a toad was made,
and a caterpillar was discovered on a bike ride who later made a cocoon in our bug cage.
his birthday is around the corner.
a dog, or anything he can hold is on his wish list.
it’s pretty much a guarantee he won’t be satisfied with the fish we plan to get him.
How cute! Bud was the same way as a kid. He used to take a little pet lizard to school and during reading time he'd put it on his desk and tell it to stay and it would. Boys and their animals!
