after an in-depth conversation with the kids about the significance of a name, specifically our family name, and brainstorming characteristics that we would like to be known as when people found out that we were apart of the bishopp family. then we sang a song and concluded family night. all that was left to do was the activity (activity and dessert are always the best part).
we headed outside to collect acorns, twigs, colorful leaves and twin. with a little help from tacky glue and my creative kids minds we made our own fall family sign to hang from our porch as a sweet greeting every time we return home.
just another way to absorb our beautiful northern VA fall.
