it was Christmas morning. 

my little boys happy faces said it all as they discovered their Christmas treasures. i will always cherish this little gem. alexander had just woken up to find a ride-a-long thomas the tank engine waiting for him. (another perfect hand-me-down for this train loving boy).

here is another little treat. the boys had been wishing and dreaming of these legos for months only to find that weeks before Christmas they were out of stock. luckily santa was thinking months ahead.

“i believe in santa! i believe in santa!” they exclaimed.

it was a merry day.
